Collections call from Local Business Yellow Pages-No contract signed , My business manager received a collections call today from Local Business Yellowpages. The person on the phone was threatening collections against her because they had her on recording in November giving her name and comfirming our business address. No contract was ever signed or agreed upon. Legally they could not go after her credit since she is not part of the business but she called me freaking out this morning!
