
5 Tips for efficiently Marketing your Dental practice. , 1.Make an Impressive Sign Board for your clinic. First Impression about your practice is the main sign board or banner. It tells about your clinic's name Your name and your qualification. Its the Identity or branding of your clinic. Create a custom LOGO for your clinic, display it on the sign board- it will create your brand and unique identity. Place a unique punch line ex- "Your Smile Our Commitment" Or something like that. Make your own line and use it at bottom or top of sign board branding. Make sure it should be -Smart, Attractive, and Unique. It should catch people's eye. You should prefer boards that can be illuminated in night- like glow sign boards.( not neon boards) [Note: Don't make it look cheap by placing to many dental pictures or dental cartoons, Its not a SALE to attract customers, its a clinic] 2.Advertise In Local News Paper. Give a Small Block Advertisment in local newspaper. Highlighting your speciality or special treatment you are offering. You can make this ads on daily, weakly or monthly basis. Rotate it , Stop it and Restart it experiment with it according to the response and according to your advertising budget. 3.Distribute Pamphlets There are two ways of distributing Pamphlets. Either by News paper vendor or by Hand to hand by any person. By news paper vendor is effective and cheaper. Make a nice pamphlet with your Clinics name,Address, Speciality, Treatment offered, Some dental tips. Give it to the local newspaper vendor the day before you want to distribute it. usually sunday is the best day for distribution. How many pamphlet to distribute?- decide it according to the population of your city and the circulation of the newspaper. Giving him more pamphlet then his distribution will lead to wastage. Repeat the process once a month or any frequency you want according to need and affordability. 4.Build Up Mailing list Ask your receptionist to take full Mailing Address and E mail of the patients in a form at the time of registration. Keep this list in printed or electronic form in your computer. As the practice grows your list will grow and you will make a big database for something called as Mail marketing. Imagine if you see 1000 patients a year you will have your own direct link with 1000 people and the family connected with them and even there neighbors indirectly.You can multiply the number now. Later use this list to send News letters about your clinic.
